This is the first in the series of Morgans Over America badges. These quinquennial meetings started in 1990 and are still going strong. The 1990 badges appeared in different varieties: a short and a long version and a dark blue or green grille.
 
Undoubtedly the nicest of them all is the short, dark blue version. The colour of the enamel is very nice in comparison with the (pale) green one, while the dimensions are more attractive. The long version has an extra 1/2" of chrome between the flags and the tab.
 
The copy available is in excellent, unused condition, a true pearl for your collection.
