In 1998 there were two main Morgan meetings. The official MSCC one was ManxMOG 98 on the Isle of Man.
A number of people didn't want to make the (extra) crossing required, so Melvyn Rutter decided to stage a meeting at his premises in Little Hallingbury. Henceforth HalMog98.
The badge on offer is still unused and thus in perfect condition. Many others lost (part of) their enamel over time.
