For many years the Plus 8 was THE top model for Morgan. In 2008 it was 40 years since the model had been launched. That was a milestone in Morgan history, of course.
 
The Morgan Sports Car Club issued this well balanced badge, showing a side view of a  classic green Morgan +8 in a white square on a mint green background.
 
Only 75 copies of this badge were produced, and it sold out very quickly. Many people who fancied one had come too late. The persons who did manage to acquire one, cherished them. Very few were seen "in the wild".
 
This is a rare occasion that an unblemished copy turns up for sale.
