Christian Lautenschlager joined Mercedes-Benz back in 1899, but achieved his greatest fame for winning the French Grand Prix in Dieppe in 1908 in the 4.5 litre Mercedes Grand Prix car.

This achievement is remembered by means of this historic hand made set up, featuring a miniature side view of the car, a small steering wheel, a spark plug and small pictures of the Mercedes Grand Prix car.

All comes behind glass in a wooden frame of approx. 325*215*45mm, with two fixing points to display it on a wall of a museum or mancave.

The condition is excellent.

A unique affordable item for people interested in vintage racing cars and Mercedes-Benz history in particular.

It will of course be packed carefully for sending.
