Here's a solid badge from the early club days, late 1970s.
 
The Swiss Morgan club issued a grille badge with their name in three of the four languages spoken in the country. It is a heavy badge, consisting of solid Morgan wings of almost 15cms wide, a thick round aluminium plate, held together with screws and a brass plate at the rear.
 
A later version of the badge had a thinner plate and hollow Morgan wings.
 
As most badges were used on cars when they were issued and the club was quite small at that time, not many good copies will have passed the test of times. The badge on offer is in very good condition, as it solely has been on display.
