After Jaguar got world famous for its Le Mans wins, the successful 3.4 litre XK engine was also installed in its saloon cars.
 
The car shown here is the Mark I, but it was continued in the Mark II models up to the last 340 models in 1968.
Jaguar Mark I & II models have now become valuable collectors cars.
