Lovely scale 1/25 model of the Abarth 2000 Scorpione racing car, designed by Pininfarina in the late 1960s. The biggest competition achievement of the car was winning the two-litre class at the Monza 1000km race in 1971.
 
This purpose built, rear engined car is a typical example of the Italian late 1960s racing cars.
 
The model has obviously been used, but is in overall nice shape. It is quite heavy, with 387 grammes, so will be packed carefully for sending.
 
A great item for people keen on racing history from that era.
