Lawrence Tune was the firm that prepared competion engines for different sports car brands, such as Morgan, Marcos, Deep Sanderson and others.
Driving force was the late Chris Lawrence, who gave Morgan a class win in the 1962 Le Mans 24 Hours race, together with Richard Shepherd-Barron.
Chris Lawrence also developed the Morgan Aero 8 and its derivative GTN model, that appeared at Le Mans, 40 years later. Of course, he was involved in a multitude of other car brands as well.
