Lovely vintage look badge, made pre World-War II,  for the Civil Service Motoring Association, it comes together with an annually renewable membership disc. There are several slightly different versions of this badge. This copy stands out for its long tab,
 
Those who like to work on their own badges can either customize them to fit their own taste, match their car, or restore the color in the outer rim to the original dark blue. The enamel in the crown is still intact.
