The Morgan 4/4 Sport was the first model of a new generation of traditionally styled Morgan models. Contrary to tradition, it was no longer possible to specify your own colour scheme.
 
The colour range was limited to: Sports Green, Sports Black, Sports Ivory, Sports Grey, Sports Blue and Sports Red. Of these colours appear specimens in the brochure. All cars came with black wire wheels, but no spare wheel.
 
The engine was the then current 1595cc Ford engine giving 115 bhp, ensuring a lively performance for this lightweight car.
